SOMETHING FOR BOTH SHAKESPEARE LOVERS AND DOG LOVERS – ON THE LATEST BEWARE THEATER ON BETA MAX TV!!!

What do you get when you combine the drama of Shakespeare’s The Taming Of The Shrew with the cuddliness of a bunch of coonhounds?  We have no idea. But if you tune in to the latest Beware Theater on Beta Max TV you’ll see elements of both!  Join Arachna of the Spider People and her ever-smiling friend Deadly for the 1959 mutated monster movie THE KILLER SHREWS!  When the captain, crew and handful of passengers on a small boat are forced to spend the night on a strange doctor’s island, they find that the doctor’s shrinking formula experiments have resulted in giant mutated shrews.  And the shrews are hungry!

For all you classic TV lovers, this movie contains Festus Hagen (Ken Curtis) from Gunsmoke and Sheriff Rosco P. Coltrane (James Best) from The Dukes Of Hazzard. For all you dog lovers, the killer shrews in the movie are actually coonhounds wearing long hair wigs and shrew costumes. And for all you classic car lovers, check out Arachna’s hot pink convertible in the closing sequence!  Something for everyone!

It’s a mad scientist!  It’s mutant monsters!  It’s classic TV stars!  It’s cuddly hound dogs.  But most of all it’s the Beware Theater presentation of THE KILLER SHREWS with Arachna and Deadly on Beta Max TV!!!
